I know we all want to rush into 2021 and many of you already have, but I always like to take a look back before we rush forward.
Yes, 2020 sucked. We are living in a global pandemic; we have lost too many lives, including many friends and family. The pandemic has only highlighted the large disparities in our society along the lines of race, gender, economics and politics.
That being said, I have always felt that the most growth personally and organizationally comes during difficult times.
