SBDC StartSMART™ Virtual Program Begins March 14th
Our friends at the UGA Small Business Development Center, a Public Service and Outreach unit of the University of Georgia, are hosting their annual StartSMART program starting this March. The program will feature eight modules over four weeks for small business owners in the planning stages of their business. The SBDC invites small business owners of young companies and entrepreneurs who are in the planning stages of their business to participate in their upcoming SBDC StartSMART™ Program. Seating is limited and an application is required. Only one business per industry will be accepted to participate.
SBDC’s StartSMART program promises to:
- Evaluate & refine your business concept
- Improve your knowledge of business concepts
- Research markets and competition
- Develop a financial forecast to improve success
- Develop a thorough, practical business plan
- Consulting from SBDC professionals keeps you on track
This is an excellent opportunity to take right now, especially since prices have been slashed to accommodate the virtual sessions. You get hours of instruction for the low price of $195. That’s four weeks of two sessions a week for 2.5 hours.
The sessions run from 2:00pm to 4:30pm on the following dates…
