These programs from the City aim to keep LOCAL dollars LOCAL. The program helps small Savannah-based firms compete for City contracts. Businesses that meet required revenue and employee thresholds are eligible for certification as Savannah Business Enterprises (SBEs) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).
