FreeIn this session, you will learn the structure of the Business Model Canvas, and how to use Customer Discovery to create a competitive advantage. We will also discuss how to de-risk your startup, develop a value proposition, and label customer segments.
All levels, everyone is welcome, registration is required. All Educate members should take this class first to learn the basics of Lean Startup. This class teaches the WHY of customer discovery. In this session, you will learn the structure of the Business Model Canvas, and how to use Customer Discovery to create a competitive advantage. We will also discuss how to de-risk your startup, develop a value proposition, and label customer segments.
Lecture and interactive. 60 to 75 minutes. (This interactive class is not recorded)
Optional: to prepare for this class, find an editable Business Model Canvas online so you can follow along.
