About Harry Hynekamp

Hendrik “Harry” Hynekamp joined AMB Sports & Entertainment Group as Vice President, Fan Experience in 2018. He is responsible for implementing solutions to enhance the year-long membership experience as well as game/match/event day experiences for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, and all other major events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Specifically, Hynekamp is responsible for all of guest services as well as listening and responding to the voice of members, fans, guests, and customers, driving change to continuously evolve and innovate their experiences.

About Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin graduated from Georgia Tech in 2013 with a degree in business-operations and supply chain management. She has been with AMBSE for a little over 4.5 years, and is the Manager CRM Data and Insights. Jennifer supports all three lines of business by managing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM System for sales and service and oversees data analysis and insights on our Falcons and United fans to drive sales, marketing, and the fan experience.

About Rebecca Tolosa

Rebecca Tolosa graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 2015 with an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree. She began her career with the St. Louis Rams as a Football Systems Analyst, where she performed injury prevention analytics and player acquisition analytics for NFL Free Agency and the NFL Draft. A native of Atlanta, she moved back home and begin working for AMB Sports + Entertainment in 2018. Now the Manager of Data Operations and Data Science, she oversees data operations, analytics and business intelligence for Mercedes-Benz Stadium. She graduated with her Masters of Analytics in the fall, also from Georgia Tech. Rebecca is the youngest of four kids and is married to her college sweetheart, Chris.
