ATDC Lean Startup Circle
March 29, 2021 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm EDT
An event every month that begins at 4:30 pm on day Last of the month, repeating until January 31, 2022

It’s estimated that 75%- 90% of startups ultimately fail, but why? The biggest reason (42%) is because there is no product/market fit. This means that there either is no need for the product in the market or that the market just isn’t ready for that particular product yet. So how do you know whether you have a good product/market fit?
The Lean Startup Method is based on research and case studies of startups that have succeeded and survived the failure rate vs. those that have failed. The method helps entrepreneurs eliminate uncertainty by teaching them how to test their business ideas (just like in a science experience) and figure out whether or not their product or idea is viable in a market. Additionally, it helps entrepreneurs determine how to price their product/service and distribute it to the market in a lean (hence the name) way or in other words, without spending a ton of money to build the first iteration of the product for testing.
The Lean Startup Method focuses on helping founders determine whether or not their idea will actually work and if so help them garner customers in the process.
Radford Harrell will be hosting the Lean Startup Circle to help entrepreneurs navigate through market and launch or troubleshoot their business. This meetup is perfect for you if your idea is in concept-phase, you have launched your business yet feel stuck, or you are trying to launch a new product/service within your long-standing/existing business.
Please come prepared to share your questions and also help others at the meetup. The meetup is NOT intended for networking and is solely for entrepreneurs to transparently seek support and feedback from other entrepreneurs.
