MAKE it a GOODWILL Giving Day. DONATE your old computers

· Donations Accepted – All computer items (i.e. accessories, hardware, software, monitors, printers, etc.)
· PCs are processed and identified as either “refurbish” or “recycle”. PCs refurbished are then sold at an affordable price at our Goodwill Computer Store at Sallie Mood Dr. PCs recycled are sold to our certified recycle dealer
· Other computer items are either sold at our Goodwill Computer Store or sold to our recycling dealers.
· Benefits – 1) Goodwill is doing it’s environmental duty by keeping computers and related items out of the landfills 2) Provides training opportunities for our program participants (these positions will expand as our program expands) 3) Provides an opportunity for low-income families to purchase professionally refurbished PC systems at an affordable price. Our systems (PC, monitor, mouse, and keyboard) start @ $99.99. Our average price is $118
· Data Security – All hard drives are either “wiped” with D-BAN (a DOD approved software program) or sent to our recycle dealer for destruction. At all times, hard drives are in a secure fenced area that is locked at the end of the business day. We can arrange to do on-site at your location and/or you can be on-site when performed at Goodwill.
