Like individual therapy, group therapy can benefit almost everyone. Joining a group is useful because it provides opportunities to learn with and from other people, to understand one's own patterns of thoughts, feeelings and behaviors.
You may discover that perhaps you're not as different as you think or you're not alone.
The Women's Life Transition Group is a psychotherapy group where you can come together with other women to work on shared concerns, experience personal change and growth with a goal of improving the quality of your life.

The group will be co-led by Carol S. Tomeo M.A.,LPC and Tina Boyle M.A., LPC
