How does one take advantage of these limited-time federal building tax incentives? Attend this one day workshop that will explain the technologies and efficiency measures necessary to claim the energy efficiency tax incentives included in the 2005 Energy Policy Act (EPAct). These tax
incentives include:
• Up to $500 for residential retrofits
• $2,000 per home for new residential construction
• Up to $1.80/square foot for commercial buildings, and
• A 30 percent tax credit for the installation of solar energy systems
