The Flannery O'Connor Childhood Home, in conjunction with publisher Little Brown, Trinity UMC, and the Telfair Museum of Art, presents the first national event for the publication of Brad Gooch's "Flannery: A Life of Flannery O'Connor," the first comprehensive biography of the Savannah native who is now recognized as one of the most important fiction writers of the last century. Brad (widely praised for his previous biography "City Poet: The Life & Times of Frank O'Hara") will give a free talk at Trinity, followed by a reception with book sales and signing at the Telfair Academy. Little Brown is donating books to the event, so all proceeds will go to support the Flannery O'Connor Childhood Home.
