An IBCA sanctioned barbecue cook-off, live music and entertainment, games, rides and food -- even a Battle of the Church Choirs at the Effingham County Fairgrounds in Springfield. Real Southern barbecue plates will be available. Proceeds will benefit the Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County's building fund.
