Desotorow Gallery will host “The Potluck Concept Art Show,” a Starland Arts District First Friday event. The opening reception will be held Friday, August 1, 7pm-10pm at Desotorow Gallery. The exhibit, which will feature work from over 20 Savannah-based artists, is organized as a potluck event, as artists bring their best work and food to share with each other and the community.

Artists and community members are invited to the opening reception to experience a conglomeration of visual and culinary arts, as well as participate in the kick off event for rejuvenating First Friday’s in Starland. Desotorow hopes this event and future First Friday events will encourage Savannah residents to visit the Starland Arts District to continue the revitalization of this emerging neighborhood.
