On Saturday, June 9 from 9 am to noon, the Humane Society Thrift Shop will hold a book sale on the shelter parking lot at 7215 Sallie Mood Drive. All “parking lot” books are only 25¢. This quarterly sale has become extremely popular among avid readers looking for a real deal, so be sure to arrive early.
A visit to the shop is in order, too with discounted prices throughout.
All proceeds from thrift shop, affectionally named, The Pick of the Litter, benefit the Humane Society for Greater Savannah and are used to care for the pets at its shelter.
